This week it has been predominately wet. I has rained basically every single day. Everyone here is getting annoyed. Not me. I love it. It’s more rain than I have seen in my whole life. If I only had my rain boots life would be perfect.
These past two weeks have flown by.
I can’t honestly remember what I was doing for the past two weeks. But I can assure you. It involved a lot of homework.
One thing I do remember is last Tuesday. My LJS (law justice and society for future reference) Teacher took us on another field trip. We got an email several days before class telling us not to bring anything, no phones, wallets, back packs, paper, keys, except our school id and some $. She also told us we were living the life of immigrants. Needless to say, the whole class was terrified. She is the kind of teacher who would do anything, not necessarily in a bad way, but she doesn’t care if you’re uncomfortable as long as her point is getting across. We were afraid she would take us to the border and tell us to make our way across with out being caught.
So, On Tuesday I proceed to run through the most rain I have seen in my life to get to class. Everyone in class is sopping wet. My teacher comes in and tells everyone to put their ids on the table. She then proceeds to look at each id then had the person 5 $. She then tells us about the grand adventure we were going to take.
We hop in the buses and drive through the rain. We first arrive at a community center where a staff member tells us about the many different immigrants in
That is the end of our field trip. It turned out to be rather fun. I have written a plethora about one day so I will not bore you with another 5 million pages about the rest of the week. Love you.
